The Challenge: The client was losing 70% of visitors at the “Product Description” stage.
The Strategy: Using heatmaps and user session recordings, I identified friction points. I restructured the content hierarchy—moving reviews and “How to Use” sections higher up the page to answer customer objections immediately.
Key Implementations:
- A/B Testing: Tested 3 different CTA button colors and copy variations to find the winner.
- Psychological Triggers: Added social proof pop-ups and verified buyer badges strategically.
- Responsive Architecture: Ensured the checkout flow was frictionless across all screen sizes.
The Result: Reduced cart abandonment by 25% and achieved a record-breaking ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) for the client’s Meta campaigns.
